Room Mate Giulia

It was an excellent choice for my recent 3-night stay in the city. The hotel's location, just a short walk from the Duomo, was perfect for exploring Milan's top attractions. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great local recommendations. While there is no on-site restaurant, the daily breakfast buffet had a nice selection and the open, airy dining area was never crowded. Overall, I was very impressed with the Room Mate Giulia and would happily stay there again on a future visit to Milan. The combination of great location, comfortable accommodations, and helpful service made it a great home base.

The location is brilliant. Literally a min walk to the duomo and the main shopping area. Everything was about a 30 minute walking distance which was great. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and helped sort out a taxi ride to the airport at the end of our stay when uber wasn’t available. Great hotel would definitely stay there again the next time im in Milan

Convenient location to all the sites. In the galleria makes shopping easy. Easy walking distance to all the historic sites. Friendly staff. Warm inviting environment The front desk staff was excellent in providing dining recommendations and how to get to places. The breakfast was excellent and Roddy took fantastic care of us. Yeasmin was super in taking care of us from really hot Caffe Lattes in the lounge with an assortment of cookies to room service and daily trips delivering whatever we needed with a smile and great attitude

The location is central, particularly if you have not previously been to Milano. My room was large and quite comfortable with a big bathroom with a separated shower and bathtub. Lots of nice sundries provided with comfy robe and lots of towels. The bed was comfortable, great pillows, nice linens. Ample place for wardrobe, hangers/drawers. Nice small seating area. Good lighting for reading. The common area of the hotel is busy but you can have a good cocktail which is nice in the evening while catching up on emails. Great WiFi through out the hotel. Breakfast is fine---you'll get a good start to your day. It's a bit impersonal in atmosphere but that's sort of in keeping with the general attitude of the city. No one will really give a flip about you in Milan. Just their affect. I think in general, this hotel really tries to provide all the comforts in such a bussling urban atmosphere. The interior is very modern so don't look for an epoch or sumptuous interior.

I will not talk about the location as it is well known in the heart of the most unique area in Milan, but I will talk about the hotel staff starting from the guest relations team (Andrea & Alyssia) who showed really exceptional and genuine services. They are attentive, friendly, and they went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The full reception team are really profissional in 24/7 response. the housekeeping team really care about alot of small details that rearly to find it even in 5 stars hotel.
